You are probably wondering what is a digital model. A digital model is stored and secure data electronically collected and saved on a computer. Your data is collected by completing an online form with a wireless mouse and keyboard using a big screen monitor in our media room. We will complete the form together. You will answer questions such as your price range, the minimum # of bedrooms and baths you require and the geographic boundaries of your search. We will mark the online form with your specific needs such as a minimum number of garages or your need for a fenced yard or a finished basement. When completed, the answers you provide are saved and a model of your specific needs is created. Next your model is sent from my computer to search the central Heartland MLS database for all properties that match your specific needs. The list of matches returned from the central database becomes our baseline list. Ill print you a copy of the baseline list of properties and by a process of elimination we will find your home.
As you see more properties your criteria may change and we will constantly update your digital model. Once your base list of properties is eliminated Ill run a match search on your model as often as required, weekly, daily or even hourly. The advantage of using a digital model is we will always stay current with the market. I receive a notice every time I log on to the system if there are any new matches for your model. As new properties reach the market matching your model, Ill notify you by phone, fax or email, whichever you method you prefer.
