Before you download your free software you may wish to create a new directory or folder on your hard drive.   If you elect not to create a new folder be sure to write the path you choose to place your valuable program.  You may wish to print these instructions.  Click on file (in the upper left hand corner of this window), then print.

When you click on DOWNLOAD FREE SOFTWARE NOW you will see the window below.

Please click OK to save the program to disk,

Your computer is asking you where you would like to save the file . You may save the file to a directory (folder) on your hard drive or to a floppy disk. The key is to save the file where you can find it. The program will easily fit on a high density floppy disk. If you wish to save to a floppy, click on the down arrow to the right of the save in: window, then click on A: and then click Save.  If you save to your hard drive, be sure to write down the path so you can find the file again.  An example of a path is C:\MyDocuments\homezip.exe. Once you have written down the path on your hard drive click Save and

This window shows you your software is downloading to the location you selected.  When the download is complete,

a window like the one below will open.

Now it is time to install your software.  Find the file Homezip.exe either on your hard drive or on the floppy disk where you saved it.  Your window will look like the one below if you saved the file to a floppy.

Double click on the Homezip.exe file if you are ready to install your program and

You computer is asking you where you would like to Unzip the files contained in Homezip.exe.  Determine where you would like the files then click Unzip.  If you accept the default location the files will be unzipped in the  C:\Windows\Temp folder.  If you elect to unzip the file in another folder be sure to make note of the path you select.  After you press Unzip,

Please click OK, then click close to close the WinZip Self-Extractor - Homezip.exe.  You are now ready to install your software!  First locate files you unzipped. You want to find the file Install.exe and it looks like the one highlighted in the screen below. 

Double Click on the Install.exe file and

Click continue and

Click Create and

Click Ok and you are ready to run your program.

Windows 3.1 Users: Double click icon in Home Buyer's Consultant Program Group, Windows 95/98 users may click on Start, then programs then Homebuyer's Consultant and

Click on I Agree and

a window like the one below will open.

From here the program is simply point and click and follow the on line screen help windows.  Enjoy!
