AIM STRAIGHT TO HIT THE BULL’S EYE

"I shot an arrow into the air-it fell to earth I know not where." Observing an archer you’ll notice the great care they take to aim directly at the center of the target. Selling real property involves some of the same skills employed by the archer.

Marketing real estate and "hitting the mark" involves target marketing.. Target marketing identifies specific buying groups then directs marketing messages to these groups. There are many potential buying groups and it is my job to create a marketing plan to find the largest pool of potential buyers for your property.

Key words like "no maintenance living" invoke condominium living and appeal to certain kinds of buyers. Other key words like huge cul-de-sac lot, walking distance to schools invoke family living and appeal to different kinds of buyers. Aiming your marketing message to the correct audience is crucial to attracting buyers. When you’re ready to "take aim" on the real estate marketplace give me a call.
