You are probably wondering what is a digital model. A digital model is stored and secure data electronically collected and saved on a computer. Your personal data is collected by completing an online form connected to the central Heartland MLS database or a form on the Internet. We can complete the form together using a wireless mouse and keyboard on a big screen monitor in our media room or you may complete the form on line yourself. The Internet address for the online form is http://www.tfarrell.com/findkchome.htm Your personal digital model may also be built by phone. You answer questions such as your price range, the minimum # of bedrooms and baths you require and the geographic boundaries of your search. We mark the online form with your specific needs such as the number of garages you need or your desire for a fenced yard or a finished basement. Many people require a particular school district. We build your personal model to your exact specifications. When completed, the answers you provide are saved and a personal model of your specific needs is created. Next your personal model is sent from my computer to search the central Heartland MLS database for all properties that match your specific needs. The list of matches returned from the central database becomes our baseline list. I’ll print you a copy of the baseline list of properties and by a process of elimination we will find your home. None of the data transmitted contains your name or any personal information about you or your family.
As you see more properties your criteria may change and we constantly update your personal digital model. Once your base list of properties is eliminated I’ll run a match search on your personal model as often as required, weekly, daily or even hourly. The advantage of using a personal digital model is we are always current with the marketplace and you are only presented with properties that meet your specific needs. I receive notice every time I log on to the system if there are any new matches for your personal model. As new properties reach the market matching your personal model I notify you by phone, fax or email.
