  By clicking on the All KC DATA button above you will have the option to use   Java embedded buttons to search for a home. You may also enjoy 
a (java)fireworks display. If your browser does not support frames and java elements, please choose another search option.  Each property
detail will include a six digit number.  Property details do not include
property addresses.  To receive full property details including
addresses please write a list of MLS #'s and email to me.
 

 

By clicking on the submit choices button above you will have the option to
search the central database for properties that meet your needs then
submit your property selections to a form box.  I will retrieve your
selections remotely and send you full property details including
addresses by email.  You need not send me email.  You simply add your
selections to a kind of shopping basket and I will forward details
to you within 24 hours.  Your browser must support frames to use this
function, however there are no java embedded elements and if
your are using Explorer 3.01 or greater you will hear music.




By clicking on the preferences button above you will have the option to
build your personal digital model.  The short, easy to complete,
questionnaire will tell me what your real estate needs are.  I will translate
the information you provide to 'push' data to you.  This data may be
emailed, faxed or snail mailed to you and will only include properties
which  meet your specific needs.  There are no frames, java or active
animations here and the questionnaire will take less than
five minutes to complete. Please be sure to give me a way
to deliver your property details.
